Projects Planning and Management

During Projects Planning and Management, the Project Director must have the capacity to plan Activities in such a way that, in conjunction with the Project Manager, manages to comply with the dates committed.

Buji Projects Planning and Management facilitates this task by achieving in a simple, fast and structured way, create Activities and Sub Activity with their respective Start Date, Term and duration. Buji's proposal is to provide the right and necessary information in a commonly used device such as a Smart phone or Tablet, making it easier for the Project Director to share and request progress to the Project Manager, with just a touch of the screen.

Project information is displayed on the Project Management screen, where it is possible to keep one or more Projects active. Depending on how you have subdivided the Stages of the Project, each card on this screen can represent an individual project with 144 tasks, or a stage of the Project, which can have as many stages as required. In this way, there is no limit to the number of Activities and Sub Activities. To facilitate decision-making, it is possible to manage only those you require, saving the other cards, sliding them to the sides.

Once a card has been selected, it is possible to plan the associated Activities and Sub-activities, entering Start date, Finish date and duration, which are related to each other, so that by entering only 2, the third one is calculated automatically. Dates are entered directly from the calendar available on the device. The names of the Activities and Sub Activities are proposed from a list, and can be modified, accelerating the programming process.

Once the Activities and Sub Activities are Planned, Buji calculates the Progress Status of each one, at a certain selected date, allowing the Director to send this information to the Project Manager. The new date can be the day, week or month that is required, thus achieving partial progress check, as planned. Also, with just a touch, it is possible to determine programmed progress to the current day, that is, a photo of the moment. In both cases, the information is required via email, with all Project´s data.

Buji offers several tools that allow you to Manage Projects, saving, deleting, deleting or copying Projects. This last tool allows that once entered all the Activities and Sub Activities for a Project, these can be copied to a new Project, with a new start date, keeping names and duration of the Activities and sub Activities. This is especially useful when managing similar Projects. With just screen touches, you can:

Another powerful tool is Send Project Data by email in standard .txt format. In this way you can convert the data into a .csv file, for example, to copy and paste into some project management software, for more accurate programming. Buji has the Bar Chart tool so that you can visualize all the Activities of the selected Project. In this way, you can have a global vision of this.

Buji intends, as a working interface, that you keep out of your mind the multiple tasks of the different projects you administer, and at the same time be aware of each one, allowing you to require progress statements as if you were dedicated full time to the administration of the projects.
